Emergency brake?

I had all four rotors and pads replaced in a short period of time between the two. I also had all new coilovers replace and my Hotchkis camber links greased. I am still hearing a ringing bell noise from the rear only. When I pull my E-brake it makes a squell. Kind of high pitch. This has been going on for at least 1 year and only does it an on the first pull on the E-brake. Driving, the back sounds like a boxing bell over bumps. I can't figure out where it's coming from. Any help on a ding ding over bumps in the back (both sides) would be great.

try having your parking brake adjusted or DIY its easy but ive never done it, just pull off one of the rear wheels idk which it is and there will be a screw kind of in the middle of your brake rotor you gotta stick a screwdriver way in there and adjust it thats all i know about it idk what way you gotta go or any of that, search for it you can prolly find out how.
