these people have the crappiest customer service in the history of any website, they do not know how to run a business, they are so slow to ship it gets to being ridiculous, they do not keep customers informed of errors, and they make alot of them.

i brought clear corners for $25, and i paid them within 24 hours after the auction had ended, it took them 3 days to actually reply that they recieved my money, and then they will mail my item within 48 hours. And then after 8 days, i didn't recieve item, i email them, and they say that item was damaged during package, and that they'll send it out next week. Why the hell wasn't i told that my item was damaged? And why wasn't my item repackaged the same day as it was damaged? Why am i paying $8 for shipping? I do not know. This is the 2nd time i've tried to buy clear corners from them, the first time, on their website, they specifically said "guranteed in stock now and ready to ship." They didn't have any in stock....

That's where I got my clearcorners from. Yes, their customer service sucks, but I received my clearcorners 3 days after I ordered them.

Yeah they suck. I had ordered some APC clear corners from their website the day after I got my Celica (June '01)...they said it was on backorder, so I cancelled the order. Well last month I got a mysterious package and it was my clear corners...

By this time I had already purchased some other corners so they were worthless to me. I had to go back through all my records and sure enough they had charged it to my CC. I sold them on ebay for almost twice what I paid for them so it was all good.

dude still that aint right. They cant charge you for an order that you cancelled.....r u sure they did not credit your CC? but the good thing is that you made your $ back on ebay.....good ol' ebay....hehe
