Who told you to do that? Far as I know, it's 15,000 and 30,000, after that, I am not sure.
So, no, don't bother with the 7,500 one.
I think the 7500 miles is simply oil change and some visual inspection.

yeah per the owners manual its just an oil change and such...do it yourself, have a mechanic do it...etc...no biggie just like every other 3000 miles

when i took it to toyota to get oil change, the person behind that desk asked my if i got my 7500 mi service. i asked her what is it? she said that they do an oil change and rotate tires. how often to you rotate tires?

A 7.5K service is nothing but a "high-fashion" oil change. They only check to see if your windsheild wiper fluid is full (topped off if necessary), look at your tires and rotate if necessary, check tire pressure and bring to specs, check the hoses of the car (which they probably don't do at all),
in other words do it yourself
it's simple.
not worth the $49.95 or $69.95
go for the intermediate and major services instead because they actually do more for the car.
