I'll be installing Tein SS coils on my celica this weekend and was looking for pics of celicas who decided to go for the default setting. It's originally set to 1.89 in the front and 1.97 in the back. I'm hoping I won't be needing camber links for that kinda drop too but I doubt it. What do people usually set their coilovers at? I was initially thinking 1.6 in the front and 1.8 in the back but I want to see how the original drop looks like.

with a 1.97 drop in the rear you will need the camber links for sure, thats almost 2 inches, my friend who dropped his celica with the hotchkis springs needed the camber links.

Why exactly did he need camber links? I am jsut curious. I have the Hotchkis springs on one car and it dropped it a little more than an inch, maybe an inch and a half in the back at the most. Please explain why he needed camber links. Thanks.

Hmmmmmmmmmm..............mine didn't drop near that much. I got a little over a TRD drop, maybe and yes they are Hotchkis springs. Well, they should be LOL I got them through Bottle, they say Hotchkis on the side, they are Hotchkis powdercoated grey, and they came in a Hotchkis box with lots of stickers and stuff LOL. I always thought everyone else that had the Hotchkis drop looked lower. I wonder why that is cause I can assure you my car didn't drop 1.9 inches in the back or 1.4 in the front.

The drop with the S-Tech looks like my drop.
Maybe mine's gotta settle down more.
I'm gonna also take some photos this weekend and post it up.
