CAR WENT 12.66 ON ONE RUN AND THEN MY GIRL RAN A 12.99 BOTH WITH 2.0-2.1 60 FOOTS. IT WAS DONE AT VISIONS OF SPEED IN NY. AT THE TRACK THE CAR WENT 13.50 @106 WITH 6 PSI AND A ****TY 60 FOOT. THESE RUNS WERE AT 7.5-8.5 PSI

1/4 mile on dyno... They are not reliable because on dyno everything is at ideal condition, I guarantee you will not get that number on the track. But props to having some new numbers for the turbo put up.

I RAN A 13.50 @ 106 AT LEBANON VALLEY DRAGWAY ON THE DYNO IT RAN 12.66 at 8psi with a 2.0 60 ft I AM RUNNING IT NEXT WEDNESDAY TO SEE HOW ACCURATE

I DID RUN IT 2X AT 6 PSI AND IT RAN A 13.3 AND 13.35 WHICH IS PRETTY CLOSE TO THE 13.5 I RAN AT THE TRACK

on the dyno it made 229whp and 217wtq at 6psi with no tunning

Any picture of the turbo setup itself? What do you have on the turbo? Any work on fuel system? What do you have on the fuel system? Can we have some turbo specs so we can compare the mods to the dyno?

it has to be the best sleeper set-up
everything is hidden the intercooler and pipeing and all oil and fuel lines are painted black the pipeing it under the stock air box and stock intake tube they are cut in half and overlapped over the piped the bov is hidden in the air box and the air box is cut on the bottom the afc and boost controller and gauge is in the flip out console in the drivers compartment and we are fabing a heat shield over the turbo and wastegate

hks ss bov
tial 38mm wastegate
rc 550 custom injectors
custom manifold
255 in tank fuel pump
s-afc2 limited

lol yea its my girls car next year she is running it in the SFWD class and i will be running my crx in the Hot Rod class...I cant wait to see her run 10s(hopefully!!!)after the build up and bigger turbo

They actually run drag cars with 900+ hp on these dynos and they launch and shift hard with no problems.

I was there the night you ran a 13.5

this car is a sick azz sleeper. It took me a long time to figure out it was turboed, and I have the SAME ENGINE! totally awesome. i stared at the engine bay for like 10 minutes before seeing it was turbo. lol

I noticed that the speedometer stopped moving a bit past 160mph. but the engine seemed to have kept spinning faster. Does the speedo stop at that point? Just wondering..

something isnt right here...i dont mean to flame but at 6psi your numbers are not right....no way are you making 217 lbs of torque....you can compare to all mine and the others with turbos....none of us are making that kind of power....it took me 11psi to make 204 lbs with 276 HP

Different setup produce different numbers... With my untuned original sucky setup I already have close to 190ft/lb of torque.
So your turbo setup is less torquier (is there a word?) setup.
My newer setup is 223FWHP and 198ft/lb torque... So if I am producing higher FWHP I am close to his torque numbers (not quite there but close).

You are a doofus mike :D - You have a GT - much longer rod and stroke than the GTS, differnt cam, different head etc. so its naturally torquier - they both have GTSs so its a whole different ballgamne from your car.

Yup - the displavement and exterior dimensions and some design charateristics are the same, but when you get down to it the 1ZZ and 2ZZ are VERY different animals indeed.
