if you're talking about a car it means naturally aspired (no "forced" induction)

Naturally aspirated is correct ;) It means your car aspirates naturally just like a human aspirates naturally. When the air is compressed it is considered forced induction because more air is forced into the cylinders via compression, hence a more powerful explosion.

Is nitrous oxide considered forced induction?

yes, you force more oxygen in.

Not that it makes a lot of difference but this is the first place I have ever seen nitrous oxide injection referred to as forced induction. The actual induction or aspiration of the engine has not been mechanically altered or changed i.e. a turbo or supercharger. It does allow for a denser charge and thus more oxygen but so does water injection, would it also be FI then?

Exactly, but I have heard many people refer to it as forced induction. Thats why I asked. Thanks.
