e manage of pfc which is better?

PowerFC ofcourse!! You can change many stuff on a GT-S.
PowerFC is 1 ECU running all the calculations doing all the management while E-manage only manipulates signals ECU sends or gets.

^^^ what he said The Power FC is an ECU replacement and can run everything...The E-manage only manipulates the signals, its basically a piggyback..plus im not sure if it can be tuned on the fly like the PFC can...

no piggyback can not be tuned on the fly (atleast the ones I came across) the engine has to be shut off key in the on position before you can write info to the piggyback system.
