he was selling me his RMM front lip so i sent out a money order of $220 from him..... when he recieved the money he emailed me saying he wasn't going to sell it anymore and said he would send me the money back...

i waited to get the money back for a week and it did not arrive... so i emailed him sayin whats up with my money.. so he went to the post office and refunded the money order and said he wrote out a personal check and sent it out.. cuz it was suppose to be safer for him or somthing...

well... its been almost a month and i have not recieved any of my money... he has not been replying to my emails....

i have a feeling he is trying to steal my money... $220!!!! ahhh~~

and i lost all my reciepts to my money orders so i dont know his address anymore... and i can't find his address in any of my emails.. i think i deleted it on accident or somthing....

but can anyone tell me what i should do to get my money back?

has anyone else had trouble with him? his email is.... danielkim2000@hotmail.com

Dan is still a rookie seller. I know him personally and i know he wouldn't cheat people out of their money. He said he didn't have much time since he has a busy schedule. I know he learned from this that next time he needs to take the time needed to get it done as prompt as possible and that more communication would be better. Don't be so harsh on the guy... he honestly wouldn't cheat you.
