I'm planning on installing a new cd deck next week. I've been looking for a info on how to do the install. One think that I cant find is a wiring harness. I remember seeing a celica website that sells wiring harnesses for the gt-s, but i cant seem to find it again.

Also, how have you guys wired the stock speakers to an aftermarket deck? the nextcelica website say to do it in series. Hows the sound quality w/it like that? I just want to make sure I buy everything I need to complete the install.

it was the nextcelica.net wiring harness...

is the harness a combo deck to wires and amp bypass harness? I would think you would need both because the decks power going into the stock amp would not be good.

i got that wiring harness from nextcelica. real easy to use. just unplug the stock amp and plug this into the harness. solder the cd player wires to it and splice the 12v and the switched power and run a ground and your done.

go to any car audio shop and tell them you need a wire harness for the celica. i got mine for like 10 bucks. the color codes are right on the back of the package. Very simpe.
