hey guys was woundering if you guys could help me make a choice i'm looking at two different rims for my celi
either double - g 210's or motegi dpk's any advice

Pics would help you get answers faster. Most people are not going to go search for these wheels to give you a opinion on them. If you post pics I promise you that you will get a great deal of responses.

Personally I would stay away from Montegi rims. They look nice and are cheap but they are heavy as hell. However, if you must choose Montegi then the DPK in Gunmetal looks decent:

*EDIT NEVERMIND I just seen the bolt pattern for these wheels. THEY WILL NOT FIT. Our cars have a 5X100 bolt pattern these wheels have a 5X114.3 which means they will not fit on a Celica.

These look nice but they have a crappy offset. They would work in say a 17X7 but would look weird because they would sit in towards the car.

Or 5Zigen Super six's, SSR Comp's, Volk TE37's, Wolf G-Games etc. Just to name a few. What color is you car? How big do you want to go? Are you moire concerned with looks or performance or both? Answer those questions and we can help you better.
