Help, ECU will not turn on my fuel pump. Recently finished a complete rebuild on my 2zzge. The computer is supplying 12.54 volts at FC but there are only 3 volts at the C/O PN relay . That means that the fuel pump won't come on. I can jumper the C/O PN relays contacts and turn the fuel pump on but she still won't start. Any ideas?
