I just spent 3 hours cleaning my car... inside/out. I swear everytime it gets a real good cleaning it runs better..! Perhaps its all in my head...

OMG i knopw exactly what your sayin...sometimes when my car gets really dirty i feel like its running like sh*t..and then i give it a cleaning ...i always clean underneath the car too.and it just seems to run smoother and ride better and everything seems to be all better again ..haha thats weird maybe its the newest generation Christine..lol like the movie..IDk anyway thats funny

I feel that way too, and everytime I fill my tank up to full....my car seem to run faster too :D

Yes, I'm experiencing all the above sypmtoms, especially about it running faster with a full tank.

ya when i fill up i always feel a little more jolt...or when i start the engine after it is cold, i get a bunch of power...i know its a gain...not psychological

It's strange when you think you are feeling a performance gain. I experienced the same thing today when I had the oil changed for the first time.
