Until further notice all your questions can be directed to me or C2til. Gas has demonstrated great fortitude in replacing a blown engine and finishing the car with in a couple of days. And Im the ******* still pushing him to finish special features on the car before I leave. Anyway he hasnt really sat at the cpu this week at all as when he hits the house hes in the bed, i cant blame him. work call at 9am to 10pm, hes a work horse...lol But yea all questions can be answered either by me knowing or running it by gas and him responding through me,the main reason for this post was because gas didnt want ppl that was writing him or asking questions to feel like he was ignoring them.

Yes, i agree! Don't blame Gas if he can not respond to questions immedietly! He has a lots of work, he allways had, and he was pushing himself over the limit severall times. I am here to help him with both technical and sales info on this forum. So feel free to ask by email at sales@c2power.com or pm to me or to the forum.

Does anyone in the US have the st1 kit? How much did you pay for everything including shipping?

can you use the PowerFC instead of the EManage on an auto GT with the stage 1 kit?

Sultan: Sure you can, if you really see some reason.

I'm not quite sure if C2Power will be using the PowerFC, because tuning it is really complicated and will take a huge amount of time.

But I guess everything is possible, it's just that I don't really see C2Power distributing turbo kits with the PowerFC and pretuned maps after the hell they've been through with Soceur's car. Greddy piggyback ECU system is very friendly to work with. Anyways, that's what i've learned from talking to c2gas and his experiences with the Apexi PowerFC standalone ECU.

I know Brian has a C2Power stage 2 turbo kit installed with the upgraded internals. But he was stationed in Germany and drove to Hungary to do the install. My advice is to email to sales@c2power.com or PM C2Til. It's easier for him to calculate the shipping from hungary, then let you ask someone else here.

Since Sultan lives in the States he'll has to tune the car himself anyway. So he'll be able to get whatever engine management system he wants, but he has to tuned it himself and live with limited support, I guess.

But c2gas will provide him with exact information, when he gets in contact with him.

I'm very satisfied with the emanage, right now. When I've got my pressure sensor, I will tune the whole setup from the basemaps again (pressure dependend) and will let you know how it did work out.

Yes, but E-manage = 300$ and PowerFC is 1000$+. Wouldn't be worth it to go PowerFC for that kind of money.

I believe stage 1 kit comes with a base map. It needs additional tuning of course, because the fuel's octane ain't the same. We use 95 ~ 100+ and they use 91~93. So, additional tuning to prevent knock is a MUST!

@Bing: I'm absolutely with you. :) But he asked if he can use a PFC instead of the emanage...

My emanage works pretty well and I doubt I will exchange it with a PFC. I don't see the killerfeature which makes it worth for me. And in addition it seems to be much more difficult to tune.

The thing the PFC has over all the other piggybacks is timing control, lift control, and rev limit control...correct me if im wrong but i dont think any of the other piggybacks can do these...

@smaay: You're right.

The emanage can handle ignition timing, an airflow map and a fuel map...thats the main features.
No way to modify the rev limiter or the lift with the emanage without other mods.

But for the Basic GT Kits the emanage offers everything you need (correct me, if there's a feature on the pfc which is worth the money).

Some people say there's some gains in safety because there's no stock ECU anymore with the pfc which might get confused of the numbers.
But what the emanage does is, as far as i understood it, to get the signals from the ecu..modifies them..sends them to the injectors/spark coil/... and gets the signal back...modifies it back to stock and then sends it to the ECU. I can only say, that it works pretty well on all c2power kits.
If there's a killer feature on the pfc which the emanage doesn't support, I might exchange my emanage with a pfc. But I don't see any right now.
