Me three. I've had constant contact with Rich in the past. Seems strange that he'd forget about you. In any case, good luck with it.

I doubt he cashed your check (or whatever form of payment you sent him). Lemme tell you a lil story.....
Sunday night 8/01 when i bought the car off of Rich, I started driving it home. About 50 miles south of Sac-town I stopped at a gas station on a really bumpy road. As I left I heard some clunking from my car. When I looked under my car I saw the Hotchkis rear sway bar was broken in half !!! This was around 2am. I called Rich and he hurried down to help. On the way down he even got a speeding ticket.
He arrived by 3am and brought a JDM rear sway (he didnt have the stock sways). We struggled to jack the car up (the car was so goddam low) and he replaced the sway as fast as possible. I left by 4am and was so happy he had the sway lying around his garage. If not, I would have to wait until the morning and pay to get the car towed another 350 miles to Los Angeles.
Do you really think he would cheat you? He has been pretty busy-give him some time.

I never bought from him, but I always thought he was shady. Ever since he bought stuff on ebay and sold it for more on here.

Some people call that shady, some people call that business sense.

If you have records of the transaction, contact the police in his city. They might take an interest in it. If you mailed him a money order, contact the FTC (website) the take a keen interest in mail fraud.
