I just found out that one of the rims I have on right now has a crack in it. I looked on EBay and found these http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=7914400743&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT . I was wondering what you guys thought of them and if you had ever heard of ADR rims. These seems like a really good deal. Thanks fellas.

what kind of rims do you have? all the reviews on third party websites I have found give the rims a 5/5. Did you ever have a set of these rims?

I have no idea what the quality of ADR wheels is but they have nice wheel styles. Just remember, you get what you pay for. You might want to save up a lil more and step up to better quality wheels.

Get what you pay for. That's how life works most of the time. If don't cost much, probably isn't worth much.

thanks fellas for all of your input. I just feel as if God blessed me with these affordable rims just as he blessed me with my affordable 2000 GT-S TRD with leather, 6-speed, Injen cold air intake, and only 62K miles. I purchased it for only $9k. I am sure these rims will do me just fine because I do not race or go to shows or anything else. Besides, they are only $200...if I dont like them I am not losing much. Thank you all again so much for your input.

I did not buy the rims just to buy them...I got them cause I had to have a new set of rims now. I just found out that one of my old rims had a crack in it at the base of the tire wall and very soon it would be worthless. I got these rims because I am poor and they are an excellent deal. All of the rims you guys mention cost, I am guessing, around a $1000. I do not have that money; I have $200. I think that these rims are an excellent find because I find one company that wanted $800 for the same set. I also do not believe that these rims are that heavy for being 17", I believe they weigh about 12lbs, but then again it doesnt make any difference to me how much they weigh. I was just wondering if they were a good deal, which I believe they were, and if they looked good. The car above does have the same rims but I have a liquid silver paint job, which I believe will make the rims look a little bit better than blue...

Look, if you're strapped for cash, at least get some Rotas. They are lightweight and decently strong for cheap.

ADR wheels aren't that poor in quality. I have 2 friends that have ADR wheels and they've had no problems with them. The one guy has a set of ADR GT-7's and has had no problems. They were white when he bought them and just painted them bronze and they still look great. I also have a friend that works for Toyota and he gets parts all the time for hella cheap and sells them on ebay. In fact thats where my other friend got his ADR's from. He traded 4 stock civic Si wheels for 4 brand new, in the box, ADR mesh wheels w/polished lip. Yes they're a little heavy, but most wheels are unless u wanna pay mad cheese to get light-weight wheels.
