The Apex'i S-AFC (I or II) is also a piggyback and is fairly common to tuners. If they can tune that piggyback, I don't see why they can't tune the e-manage. Sure it helps to know the software, but EFI tuning has basic principles and if they are professionals they should be able to figure it out. If you want to get a so-called "pre-tuned" map from MWR, I don't see why you can't just buy a disk with the map on it (unless it's too big), since you have the software. I wouldn't waste money on "pre-tuned" maps. Just scout out the shops, use your intuition, pick one, and have them give it a go. Try to find out who some of their customers are and get their opinion of the shop. Often when you go to a shop you can find people waiting around who have gotten work done there before. Ask them what they think. This is all common sense.

No, you can't change the rev limit with the e-manage nor with any piggyback as far as I know. The only thing out at this time that can do that is the PowerFC. I think someone mentioned C2Gas took out a crystal in the stock ecu to take out the rev limit. You might want to ask him. But anyway you have a GT. It's not important or probably as useful to up the rev limit like it is on a GTS where it is critical to stay in lift.

Can you afford to install the e-manage and nitrous at the same time? Maybe they can cut you a special deal since you are having things done. This is just my experience dealing with shops as you save money having multiple things done at once. Have them tune the nitrous with your e-manage to function optimally. You can have a nitrous map for when you race and a no-nitrous street map. If you don't have money to install both at the same time, you could install the nitrous first then the e-manage so they can tune the e-manage to work with the nitrous. If you install the e-manage first and want it tuned right away, then you'll end up needing to pay for two tuning sessions: 1 before nitrous, and 1 after nitrous (unless you want to install the e-manage first and not use it....it's up to you). Whenever you install the nitrous, take the general precautions like colder plugs and higher than premium octane gas.
Yes use the mallory to cut off nitrous before fuel cut. While racing you wouldn't go all the way to fuel cut anyway, so you're not losing much---maybe just 100 rpm of nitrous if you plan on cutting the nitrous 200 rpm before fuel cut.
