Hey peeps
This is my current setup
--Panasonic CQ-DFX301U
--Clarion apx200.2 220 watt 100 watt con.
--JL 10 W04 with robrox box
--Alpine Speakers 6 1/2 SPS-1729S
With my current setup, I feel the sound is too sharp when I turn it out loud..Why's that? It kinda gets annoying.
I am thinkin to change my deck...Which one should I go for? I mainly wanna go for look than sound quality. I am thinkin to get the new Panasonic CQ-DF602U or the last year model 701u. Or should I consider Alpine?? Heard they sound very nice..For the same prince range...Whihc Alpine should I go for??
BTW, my front left speaker rattles when I turn the bass up on the speakers.. What should I do???? thanks

bad time to get decks dude... wait another month or so you'll have all the new models from all the companies for you to choose from... I made that mistake unfortunately. but I still like my deck.

and just fyi, if you want many gadgets for an affordale price go with panasonic.
if you want quality but less gadgets (more like the classics) go with alpine / eclipse / clarion / blaupunkt.
if you want a bit of both, at an okay price, go with kenwood/pioneer.
if you want you deck to break easily, go with sony

Lol, funny because its true...
I say that you should go for quality. I agree with Bryon's list, alpne, eclipse, and clarion all definately make really good HU's. I have an eclipse HU in my car and I love it...

some of the new alpines have Time Correction, in which the HU can actually delay the sound from a speaker so you feel you are at the same distance from every speaker in your car.......and who can forget about XM radio capability.........=P
