Alright, so i picked up the emanage off ebay. I thought, hell.. i always get ripped off on eaby , but hey.. how can they screw this one up. Its new, its from a power seller. What the hell.. Just got the emanage.. its in complete japanese, all jap instructions.. Straight from jland. This will be safe to run on my car right? im not going to load up the support tool that c2s giving me and it all be in jap now or something crzzy. Also. Since i have no instructions or anything, can somone direct me to a site where someone has installed this already and i can follow their directions.. or something
Also.. i know of COURSE that we dont have vtec.. but on the GT we have vvti, this thing has a setting where you can easily adjust where the vtec begins. can i use this with the vvti??
thanx

My emanage says Trust all over it (all kinds of japanese writing and broken english on the box too), and the instruction book is in japanese. Monkeywrench send me an english version with it. I wouldn't see why it would not work though.

they are universal piggyback = no need to have different versions.
Do not adjust V-Tec thing on the E-Manage.
If you need hint on tuning on this you can ask c2gas.

phew.. thanx for the quick response.. im going to mount it and get it ready this weekend. time to get a boost controller ;)
It shouldn't be a problem.
Do you have the Support Tool yourself and a laptop to upload the maps and parameter settings? It's just a matter of selecting the file that C2Power sends you and press upload. Everything should work just fine then.
I found this useful website with lots of information about the greddy products. Here's a link to the manual in english:
http://www.mohdparts.com/emanage/index.html#Manuals & Installation:
Don't forget you need additional harnesses in order to connect the e-manage to the celica. I don't know what your setup is going to be like, but you need the injector harness, ignition harness.
If you are getting the boostcontroller as well(not needed for stage 1, unless you want to use it as an interface for adjusting the maps and tune it yourself without a laptop), then you don't need the pressure sensor. This because the boostcontroller already contains a pressure sensor.
If you aren't getting a boostcontroller, then you should buy the optional pressure sensor and the pressure sensor harness.
Consult with Gasper what to buy. Since I don't know what kind of setup you will be running.
There's a yahoo forum group for the emanage I use for answers. You could try and ask there if you have any specific detail.
I hope this info is useful to you :gap:

Thanx alot definately was useful, c2 is supplying me with all the support stuff and harnesses that i need. I just wanted to at least get it mounted close to where it needed to be before i bring it to get installed. I want it mounted nice and hidden.
Can it reach everything if its in the glove compartment?
You would, but I'm not sure if you would be able to reach the ECU with the wiring of the emanage.
All c2 powered cars have the e-manage mounted behind the center dash. Nice and hidden. c2gas has his cable connected and routed to his glove compartment. If he needs to do any adjustments, then he can just get his cable out of the compartment and connect it to the laptop.
Not sure if you understood everything, but I could take some pictures if you want.
