View Full Version : Cleaning the interior?
I read somewhere that Armorall actually dries out rubber and plastic. So what's best for the rubber door/sunroof seals and the dash? How about the engine bay plastics and hoses? And the leather seats?
Thanks.

mothers preserves/protectant works well and smells great, although I am not sure how good a glossy dashboard looks on a 7th gen, I leave mine flat and just use my Oreck vaccumm to get the dirt off of it...but then again my car is never in the direct sun
Thanks for the replies. Are Vinylex and Lexol sold in the chain auto parts stores or do I have to order it from somewhere? I don't think I've ever heard of it. Anyone else have other suggestions?

I have only seen Lexol sold in a car stereo and tinting place, and of course, the other option is Mothers Preserves/Protectant, but Lexol works great too.
