I'm trying to decide between the Greddy Evo or a TRD exhaust... on the Dyno it shows Greddy has a
8.1hp gain @7500RPM
11.7ft-lb Torque gain @6500RPM
But TRD i have no clue, all it says online and in magazines it say TRD exhaust has a 14hp gain.
Please help me choose i hook me up with the info thx. :)
I don't know either if those figures are correct, but if they are, just go for the TRD

It depends. You can read about numbers and all that... but remember... those numbers come under the most ideal conditions. You can either go w/ an axle back set up or just buy a universal muffler (but not some cheap ass one) and upgrade your piping to increase airflow out of the engine (stock piping is already 2 1/4" w/ a high flow cat). You can also choose to (illegally) delete your cat and run a straight pipe all the way through, which would maximize airflow. Greddy and TRD are great... but to some people... it's just the name... Unless you're looking to go big baller.

I have TRD and I love it. it sounds really good. not too loud and nice and low. it pulls really well in the lower RPMs (that's where it has a 14 hp. gain. I'd go with TRD, and if you get it installed by a dealer ($50) it gets the same warrenty as your car and doesn't viod anything. if your car is out of warrenty it has like a year I think.

TRD sounds good and is louder than the Greddy but also costs more. I chose Greddy based on the fact that I dont want any type of noise coming from my car that says its modified. I also chose it after reading all the "my stainless TRD exhaust has rusted/blown the muffler seams". I didnt want to pay $600+ for an exhaust that would do this to me. There are too many people in my area with loud raspy exhausts and the police know this. I basically didnt want to make myself a mark. what do you want from your purchase? what is most important? looks, function, sound? thats what I would take into consideration.

 TRD ....... and it is a very clean sounding exhaust, not loud at all..... hits a very nice tone at about 3K rpms, and above that it just kinda blends in with the enigine.... i believe there is a audio clip of the exhaust here in the installs section.....
