Intake + Inspection = ?????

Anyone in Va, on one of the other threads I read about people having problems with a smog test with a CAI. Now that I have a CAI (Injen 3rd Gen), am I going to have to go to a shady place for inspection, or will my car pass state inspection at any location? Thanks in advance for the replies. Thanks,

At worst just take off the CAI, reinstall the stock air box and get the inspection. The go home and put the CAI back on.
