Just wondering if you can use the pfc with the automatic gts?

I dont think an off the shelf PFC will work with an auto GT-S. however the BrashBoy Website advertises a PFC for an auto GT-S. It runs about $1800 though. www.brashboy.net

I know this is old but I want to know if there is any news on a GTS atuomatic PFC becoming available yet?

I just posted something about this -- I'm gauging interest in a group buy (BB will reduce the price for a GB).

Details on this are at: http://www.newcelica.org/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=162195

More details on PFC (and other goodies for the a/t) including link to Brash boy site in this thread:http://www.newcelica.org/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=158831

Talk about a mod that isn't worth the money. Spend all that money to make your auto GT-S as fast as a stock auto GT

Without rehashing the battle of the a/t Celicas issue for the umpteenth time ... to be fair, unless you intend to swap the tranny, a PFC could be a really good way to make gains on a stock a/t GT-S because you could raise the rev limit and lower (to 5800, I think) when lift engages.

Of course, as no one (at least that I know of) has tinkered yet with an increased rev range or slightly earlier lift engagement on an a/t GT-S, it really isn't clear how much of an improvement could be made -- so there is definitely a bit of a "guinea pig" factor here.

Beyond that, the PFC would also be a way of (potentially) squeezing a little more out of the performance mods one might already have (e.g., exhaust), and would also be useful for those who intend to eventually go with more ambitious upgrades such as F/I or cams (if they become available...).

As far as plug and play goes, the Brash boy PFC is the most versatile option out there for the a/t, at least until the unichip becomes more of a viable option (I haven't heard anything new on it ...)
