engine noise , SAD!

i m very sad now, here is the story


when I am going over 80km/hr, and foot off the gas, a high pitched sound heard , probably from the engine.
today i went to the dealer to checkup my car first 1000km.
and i told them the problem, they said that i have to change a new Transmission. WTF ?? just got my car 2 weeks ago, my car only got 1000km on it , and is ****ed already ??

anyone experienced this problem ?

If your car is brand new, there is a thing called the lemon law, you have 30 days to return the car and you should get ALL of your money back or you can sue them. Take it back to the dealer you bought it from and warn them about the Lemon Law
