Does anyone know the offset of the Celica stock 16" rim ? Also, I'm looking to get these rims in 17"

And according to their chart: http://www.volkracing.co.jp/scripts/cgi/matching.cgi?modelName=57C&inchIndex=2 w/ 30 offset, w/ 205/45/17, if I do 215/45/17, do you think the tire will scratch the fender ?
