Got Spanked by an SS tonight

So I was driving down Jonsons ferry tonight (Same area that I ripped Jamie a new a year ago hehehe but the other direction) And this 2001 - 2002 Camero SS is next to me we were playing around but neither of us hammered the Gas, We pull up to a red light and she rolls down her window, she was probably in her late 20's early 30's she says what year is your car I say 2000 she says it's Beautiful I said thanks your doesn't look so bad either, As I complete my sentince the light goes green she being in gear already or being an auto not sure, hammers it and is off, She was thru the intersection before I even went into gear, Not sure if I was really spanked since I was even in gear it wouldn't have been so bad if I was ready to go I would have at least somewhat kept up with here oh well just thought I would share,

If it was an SS I am almost sure they don't make them in auto. I could be wrong though. I have been stomped by them a few times mostly in my old Mustang. They have an ungodly amount of torque. Horsepower too for that matter. I doubt the GT-S would even stand a chance in a straight line. We would probably kill them on the auto cross course though.

I was thinking of telling her to take it to the AutoX and I will show her a thing or two but never got the chance she was a BLURRR,

She and I both knew she would walk all over me I have the feeling she was just playing around it was fun though

I was wondering if you would have anything to say about that yeah I know a SS would kill me I was just playing around when I first got my car I raced my friends Z28 Six speed and got my ass handed to me. so I knew I didn't have a prayer

Haha, you new that i'd reply to this one. I raced my friend at work when he had his 96 Z-28 auto well into 5th gear. He only pulled 1 1/2 car lengths on me and that was all in 1st gear. After that we were dead even up to well over 100mph. He was very suprised.

haha...just let me save for a while...like 10 years. no, hopefully i will have it one day, i just need a better paying job first. i am trying to get a LSD/clutch/flywheel by hopefully the end of the year though, lets hope that will actually happen.

Cool. at least you'll be as ready as you can for the s/c. You'll definately need the LSD to help get that extra power to the road.
