Downpipe?

Ok this sounds dumb cause usually Im pretty smart about this stuff and I have a Turbo MR2 and all but what part of the exhaust is the downpipe? Or what part does the downpipe replace? Im assuming its the part that comes off the turbo and goes to the cat but Im not sure.

Not exactly a racing story... but the downpipe is the pipe that bolts to exahust ports of the turbo.

yep, thats exactly what the DP replaces. The stock Turbo Elbow and Cat Housing on the MR2 are REALLY restricitive... thats why i am getting the Trueleo downpipe for mine =D
