PFC Tuning Stability

I have a good idea of what power can be extracted from a tuned PFC. My question is for a PFC running on 91 octane, and tuned for say 180 whp and 133 ft/lbs torque, how do you think the tune will hold up over time, engine wear, climate changes, and other variable factors. One thing the stock ECU has going for it is flexibility to learn and adjust for different conditions. Anybody have any experience here?

You tune for load - if you have a good tune then regardless of minor variations your tune will be good. Dirty MAFs become a BIG problem though.
