Does the PFC need to learn?

Every time someone installs mods with the stock ECU, everyone says the ECU needs to learn the new part before full power is achieved. Is this true with the PFC? From what I know, it is a non-learning ECU.

The reason I ask is for dyno comparisons. If I were to say make two runs on the stock ECU, then switch to the PFC, would I see full and accurate power immediately?

If you change ecu's theres no problem. you'll see exactly what the pfc is tuned for. (assuming you tuned it to the car already before your experiment)

now if you were to change say intake to a different size/shape/brand whatever you wont see an accurate reading cause the pfc wasnt tuned for that specifically.

but if your goal is to tune it and then do a before after run same time same day by simply swapping ecu's you're good to go :)
