How do you clean the engine bay and the undercarriage? I read somewhere that the undercarriage of a car should be cleaned for the best appearance. I want my car to look its best, so how do I go about cleaning the engine bay and the undercarriage?

use a blower to blow the sand grains on flat surfaces away.....Simple Green yor metallic surfaces....cover yor electricals & airfilter with plastic...pressure wash the entire bay real quick (dont stay in one spot for too long)...

theres some stuff you can also spray all over the engine bay metal & plastics too..then just close the hood and let it sit overnight...but i forget what the product name is...

did this at my friends dealership real quick...no problems, car started up fine...

for the undercarriage....if you can get it on a hydraulic lift, just wash it on that...hand wash though

thanx

Use CD-2 Engine Cleaner, Degreaser and Detailer, It comes in one package, 3 cans of spray. That's what I always use, just cover the electrical stuff and your intake and spray your engine with it, I love how mine looks, shinny and clean
