put them on a 0% credit card. And make sure its 0%, and not 20.999%, cause you could get screwed seriously bad on credit cards, but if you can get the 0% for like 6 months or something, that should be more than enough time to pay it off...just make sure you make the min. payment on time. Decent 17inch would cost $900 to $1300, and if you could pay like $150 to $250 a month, you'll pay it off in no time. READ THE FINE PRINT on the credit card terms and condition, MAKE SURE ITS 0%.

a friend of mine got a card from discount tire and then got 90 days financing, might look into that...

edit-90 days same as cash i think.
