I have just dismantled my gauges so I can take them to have a set made up for me. I am going to see a company on Saturday morning so I'll let you know how it goes. I also don't want indiglos, I want to make use of my blue backlighting which is currently obscured by the orange lettering.
Cheers

Sorry selika2000, NR auto does make a set of white faced replacements for the GT that are not indiglow, but the not GTS. Beleive it or not, white faced, non indiglow, gauge face replacements are NOT available for the GTS. No one makes them. A while ago some one on this website(I think it was racinjason) tried to get NR auto to make white face non indiglow gauges for the GTS. NR was actually going to put them into production if we could get a measily 40 interested people to sign up for a group buy for them. We could not get 40 people, so we could not prove that their was enough interest in them for NR to go to the trouble of making them, and they were never put into production.
I always wanted white faced gauges that would light up normal at night, but no one makes them, so I had to settle for white faced reverse indiglow gauges, which is still kind of close to what I wanted.
So if your friend is dead set on getting white faced non indiglow gauges, whatever he gets is going to half to be a custom job built just for him.

My friend has a white GTS, and has the indiglo's already on his car. However, his front windshield is tinted, and at night the indiglo's reflect off the windshield, making it hard to see at night.. since with a tinted windshield, it's already hard enough.
I thought I saw a company (can't remember where or what the company was called) that made face inserts for the GT and GTS that you could have custom stuff written on it, plus have em whatever color you wanted... or maybe I am remembering wrong.

www.speedhut.com -they'll have them ready in a few weeks.
There was another website that had a real nice set, but I can't remember the name right now. If I remember, I'll post!

I went to the guy who is making mine on Saturday. I am having a silver face with blue filtered numbers, they will look white with the lights off and go blue with them on. I am also having a couple of the spare holes opened up and a N2O indicator added, guess what thats for :D
It'll take about four weeks as the guy is real busy at the moment but I reckon it'll be worth the wait.

I've seen white gauges on one website, romania toyota something or other that had an amazing white TRD face, numbers that light up red, it's perfect, but it's also 179 dollars.
What's the difference between that and the 25 dollar one's i've seen on another web site?
Is there a cheaper way to get the TRD one?
