im pretty sure they have different exhaust systems for the gt and the gts

I have the GTS TRD exhaust system, but my car is the GT, will it do any damage if i install it anyway?

i dont think it would be a big deal...u might want to wait for other replies first...if you can , jack up your car and see if the piping is the same. if u have more time try putting it on...as long as u dont break anything it wont hurt

Yeah, i took it to a shop and they jacked up the car and put the GTS exhaust to my stock one, and said that it looks like it would fit..
but I am worried about some computer system incompatibilities..
and I am just worried that it may damage my car in the long run..

hm..i never heard about using a gt-s trd exhaust on the gt before.. in my guess (dont trust me on it) is that it wont because it is a different piping and stuff like that.. or u can wield it on.. but.. i dunno..like jdm-style says..but wait for more replies.. sorry not much of a help

If it will physically fit it won't hurt to put it on. I would be surprised I guess if it did fit without some alteration.
