For people that have lemoned their celica?

I was just wndering what did you do to see if you even had a lemon? and did you get a lawyer? And how hard was it to lemon your car? Sorry for all the questions, I'm thinking that I might lemom my celica. This is the thrid time my car has gone in for transmission problems, and I also have taken it in for replacing the injectors and ecu twice, and some other minor things like that.

you better take off your mods, maybe then you can get eveyrthing done under warrenty

If you have had same problem 3 times and dealer still did not get it fixed after three attempts than you have a very strong case. I say you have about 95% chance of winning. If you win, either you will get a new ride or all of your moneyback and it is your choice.

that would include alot of people.
WHo here has nto had to go to the dealership at least 3 times to get one thing fixed.

I'm not sure about other states, but in CA, if you car been in the shop 3 times in one year for the same repair or you car is held for more then 30 days without it being repaired. Your car is considered a LEMON.

is there lemon law in CANADA as well ?
if so , is it the same policy ?
I 've got a same problem that dealer can't fix for more than 3 times...hope I m not too late to lemon my car
