Projector Headlights

Anyone know how I could get ahold of some of the projector headlights, and what the legalities of them are? Last time I checked, they had them in Japan and they were really expensive. Anyone know a price as well?

the price is still the same but some aftermarket companies here are soon going to come out with something close to them...i think just wait!!!!
