i think i posted this before but i forgot. i got BFG drag radials and was wondering when i go to the track do i go through the burnout box and do a burnout. or would it be like a regular tire and just drive around the box

I've never run anything but slicks but I'm guessing they call them "drag" radials for a reason. Put them in the water and heat them up.

Many will not allow "treaded" tires into the water box. They track water up to the start line.

go through the burn out box and light them up for a good 8-10 seconds
even though they do have some tread its not as deep as regular tire tread, and these tires need to be heated up nicely in order to get maximum traction

papichu didin't you have some sliks in trunk when u were at etown i saw em when i was lookin at yur car they were lenso or somthin like that what size are they and what are they called and what tires were on the rims.?

they're actually my friends i was holdin them for him while he tried out another wheel combination, yea they are lenso's dunno what exact size they are or what type of slick was on it but i can find out for you if you want

actually if you work the wheel and rock the car a lil you can get both going, well at least in a GTS not sure bout the GT should be able to get it goin

definitely go through the water area to get the tires wet so there easier to spin.. then pull ahead of the box and light them up until they both smoke and are nice and hot.. hence the purpose of drag radials..

well its bracket racing, like 10 saturdays out of the season there are points nights, basically each round u win in elims you get a point, the person with the most points at the end of season gets cash and a jacket, well the top4 get cash and a jacket, but i want the one that says champion under my name :)
its not too late to join but you've already missed 2 events and first place has like 11 points
