yeah it is a nice feature but attaching images on the server increased the bandwith by ALOT and really fast..

I thought if something was hosted through another site it wouldnt effect bandwidth? I dont know, I am not a web developer or anything...

you are correct but when someone attaches an image it uploads it to nc.org's server... hence it would be hosted here = our bandwith

So, I guess bandwidth is really effecting nc.org in a bad way huh? Is this going to be a temporary or permanant policy?

permanent policy.. bandwith is up over 5gigs a day.. most companies charge in alotment of an extra 10dollars per gig you go over your bandwith and most only allow like 30gigs a month.. so figure we are pulling 120gigs overage x10dollars per gig.. get the idea..
