Does anyone elses' celica kinda rumbles or settles when you stop. Sometimes, when i stop, my car kinda shakes or rumbles a little bit... someone told me it was the shocks settling, i tried to tell toyota but they could find any problems. I do have a 2" drop, but that doesn't explain the RPM movin up and down a lil', just a lil bit. sometimes it sounds like its gonna stall but very quietly. But it can't stall cause I have an auto... but tonite, my friends celi did it too and he has a 5spd... any ideas?

Yeah, mine the same too. I was warming up my Celi this morning when I noticed it started to shake a lil, then I noticed that my belt was making noises and my CEL went on :( I'm gonna put my stock airbox tomorrow and have the dealer check it.

Im almost certain the rumbling noise is your belt tensioner, I had mine replaced under warranty about a month ago and all the noises are gone now. About the shaking, I couldn't tell you, maybe it has to do with the way you installed your aftermarket suspension, I would check it out. As far as the car idling low sometimes, I'm not sure, I think its normal, at least if you have and intake, my friend has a brand new mustang and he just put an intake in and now his RPM's sometimes go way down to like 300-400 and the cars normal idle is like 800-900.
