4+ weeks and still no hid kit.. no responses to my emails.. so far the only thing i have from them is a $380 charge for the kit i have not recieved . no answers to emails or pms. whats the deal?

This happens from time to time. I wouldn't worry man, you'll get your stuff.
As for PM or email he's real busy and hardly responds to them.

paid with credit card over the phone. i'm done waiting for him to respond. i emailed him again to get a full refund... hopefully this doesnt take 4 weeks too.

You can call your credit card company and ask them to help you to get the money back, so you dont have to wait another 4 weeks for full refund. Good luck

actually, its been since sept 22nd that i was charged for the kit!
oh btw if anyone is looking for XEtronic hid kits, theres a group buy going on at www.groupbuycenter.com ( its also $50 dollars cheaper than viteks price)

you forgot about the time that i called and left a voicemail for you to call me back, and that must have been overlooked too! since sept 22nd, i was more than patient because you have some vouches over here on nc.org. as i can see now, i was wrong.

Imported, I know EXACTLY how you feel. I ordered rims before, and now I am ordering stoptech slotted stage 2 brakes through him. For the wheels, he said they were in stock, and it took a month for those. I didn't really sweat that however. When I expressed interest in the brakes, he said they were available to ship immediately. I went ahead and purchased. That was 2 months ago. 3 weeks ago, he said they had shipped. He promised a tracking number 2 weeks ago. I have sent 3 PM's now that have gone unanswered. I have sent an email as well, which has gone unanswered. I have tried calling, but not ONCE has someone answered that phone. To try to figure out the delay myself (since my attempts to contact have gone unanswered), I emailed stoptech. They said the rear rotors were being ordered and would be available to ship on the 12th. They were in stock 2 months ago however.
He does seem like he follows through, but having this kind of situation is unacceptable for a seller, IMHO.
Hopefully you will see this and give me a response. If you can not deliver soon, I want a refund and will order direct through stoptech.

Sorry to hear that. I hope you can get your $$$$$$$ back soon. Or you can call your Credit card company to get the money back for you directly. imp0rted1 member did this way

vitek, you would think after all this you would just start TELLING PEOPLE THE TRUTH ABOUT SHIPPING TIMES and such. people don't get nearly as pissed off when they just know what's going on with their money and their order. it seems that a lot of the time you just tell people what they want to hear to avoid the problem temporarily, then avoid contact for a while. i know i'm not alone in getting pissed about that. oh, and i still have not yet received the check for the difference i'm owed from my purchase, though it's not like i ever really expected that to come through given prior experience.

ya i ordered a euro single din from him but havent heard from him yet he said they would be in the mid of last week, but i pretty sure he'll pull through i think he had to special order them so i do have to have patience. well see. but he sems like a good guy. i'll kepp you guys updated.

I don't know what to say, Vitek got that single DIN radio cover to me pretty much true to the time schedule. However, I asked if it came with a sleeve to hold the radio and was told yes. The only thing it came with was nothing. Just a plastic cover, will it be strong enough to hold the radio up?

Thats all it is, just a front cover. Its not supposed to hold the radio in. I brought mine to best buy and had them install it. They used the factory mounting brackets, but re-drilled them so that it would fit my new radio, and fit into the single din piece. The factory mounting brackets are those two pieces of metal brackets on either side of the stock radio. Hope that helps you out.

I've never had any trouble with Vitek. He has been really buisy lately but he still answers all his e-mails.

I got my stoptech brakes from him. Every order I have placed through him I have gotten. He will not rip you off. I still think communication could be better. Just make sure you are ready to be patient before you place your order.
