Sent him money for some recaro seats that he supposedly had for sale about a month ago and still no seats and doesn't respond to my emails and the phone number he gave me is no longer a working number. I paid through western union with a credit card. How can i get my money back? I'm so pissed with this guy, i've never had a problem with anybody on the boards and have had many transactions in the past. Can anybody help me out? Here's the thread so beware:

It's a good thing you paid with a credit card. Give him a few more days to respond. Email him that if he doesn't respond then you'll call your credit card company and dispute the charges and if he still doesn't respond you know what to do...

oh, i told him that i was gonna call my CC already like a week and a half ago and no response since then. He emailed me once before that saying that he had shipped out the seats which was BS. So should i just go ahead and call my CC? Should i just tell them that i sent someone money for something i wanted to purchase but that the seller scammed me?

Yes, call your CC company now, before you wait too long and its too late. I feel for you bro, I was scammed once too on celica.net. It is one of the reasons why I think twice before buying from newbie sellers on the boards. :(
I HATE SCAMMERS! :thumbdown

:werd: I'm going to call them up today. I should have known better than to trust this seller w/only 4 posts but i felt it was too good of a deal to pass up. Big mistake.

yeah, that should tell u not to buy. deals to good to be true are usually not. especially from newbies. definitely call your CC company and request a dispute and chargeback
