I have also recently installed an intake and have a check engine light come on. ALthough I was told it would happen due to the mass air sensor needs to be remapped, it just bothers me. Also I was told that a check engine light may retard the timing. I have no idea what CEL code it is and was wondering if there was anything I could do to reset it. Thanks

If you reset it, it's only gonna come back. Go get the code checked at Autozone (they'll check it for free) and report back.
