My Celi is a daily driver that I also show. I just installed the Hotchkis front/rear sways and want to add a front strut bar. I see that RMM/APC gets most props - identical other than the sticker. Question: I want high performance but also good looks for show. Is there a bar that has better balance b/t looks & perf? Would APC look like RMM if I removed the sticker (I don't really want "APC" staring out from under the hood)?

I don't even think RMM comes with a sticker. I know my friend's bar doesn't have one. APC and RMM look identical, and are both made of chrome plated steel. You could also check out APR, since it has a polished aluminum bar with red/blue anodized aluminum endplates.

I can get a new APR for around $125 but I'm not sure if it performs as well as the RMM. Is the APR a solid bar like the RMM/APC?

APR and C-One look good. Problem w/ APR that I see some complain about is w/ the battery tie down included. I have an Optima yellow-top (shorter than stock batt.) so I don't know if this is a good or bad for me. The C-One has weaker looking bolt points...looks like they should flex more than the APR.

Maybe I should just pick up a used APC. Anyone got one they want to sell?

Maybe I should just pick up a used APC. Anyone got one they want to sell? The APR is 2nd best to RMM/APC. It has unique dual bolts that go in vertically (unlike C-One's single horizontal bolts), so the bar and endplates are almost as solid as a 1pc bar.

Depending on how much lower than stock the Optima battery is, you'll be able to use the stock tie down. I'd say if it's 1/2" or more lower than stock the APR bar should fit fine.
