View Full Version : All in One CD/DVD/etc

I am looking to spend no more than $1200 (less if possible) for an all in one CD/DVD/cd-rw readable unit with moniter. Preferably I would like it to be touch screen w/ detachable and motorized completely. I've seen ones made by Alpine, Pioneer, and Panasonic that all look good. Can anyone tell me the best out there for the price? Or recommendations?

I think the alpine has a removable face. Pioneer is good also. I have the kenwood kvt... its the only touchscreen out of the bunch i believe. Otherwise you'd have to get the clarion for touchscreen.

Good luck trying to get the Alpine for $1200...My alpine was more than 2G's....but it is tight though...go with Alpine but be prepared to pay more than what you expect

Yes,you will never find a all in one unit for 1200

I just got the kenwood 910dvd for my car with touchscreen,cost 2100.

Yeah, those 2 look really good and are very reasonably priced. I thinkthe Panasonic retails higher but Pioneer has the better name doesn't it? What does one have that the other doesn't? Ireally don't care for touch screen or radio anyway when I think about it. But I would like a detachable face if possible. The Pioneer says it has one but the Panasonic doesn't say...hmmm

Could anyone w/ knowledge help me out? :wiggle:
