ipt motorsports sucks

ipt motorsports has to be one of the worst if not the worst companies i have ever done business with, the product is ****ty quality, they overcharged my card, promised me it would be to me within three days, it has been over a month, i still dont have everything i got overcharged for, and they sent me the wrong engine cover, i get my package, and i find that they sent me the wrong engine cover, then to top it off they didnt put all the pieces in there, i called around 50 times, and got no answer, i went up to my parents house, and decided i would try to call again, amzingly they answer, probably because parker didnt recognize the number, he tells me, oh we didnt have that part in stock, is that how you do business? you take someones money, and if you dont have a part in stock, you dont tell them, but still charge them? thay never answer the phone, never return your calls, i had to fax punk ass parker to tell him that i was going to charge back my card and call my lawyer, then all of the sudden i get the stuff three days later, he is such a coward he cant even be aman and call me to talk to me, he has to send me a fax. what a *****!!well some of the stuff at least, this dude is a rip off and a con man, parker is a punk!! i cant wait to see him at sema or c.e.s. next year, little punk. learn how to run your business, get some customer service skills, and for gods sake higher a receptionist, stop doing business through your cell phone, i dont want to continue to ramble on about how much they suck, because i would be here for days on end typing thousands of pages, but i do plan to post it on every forum that i go to and also let everyone know about how much they suck at every show i go to next year, im even thinking of getting little vinyl stickers for all the cars in my car club that say " just say no to iptmotorsports.com" you messed with the wrong person and the wrong business parker, i intend to tell every person that will listen how much you suck

Dude, we already know about IPT LMAO there have been numerous post on here about IPT. You should do a search, you are not alone, trust me. I feel your pain.

i know i saw all of the posts, i just wanted to put a refresher out there so no one forgets, and no one else gets conned, i mean if the dudes business is blowing up props, but hire some help, im sure he is losing more than he is gaining with his ****ty service, i would like to make him swallow his teeth if i ever meet him, i have no repsect for someone who takes peoples hard earned money and screws them over, i also have no respect for cowards, who dont handle there business, be a man parker, grow some balls and take care of theses problems, cant wait to meet you at the next trade show,

Good luck man. You are not alone. I cannot go into great detail but I along with many others feel just as you do. Nothing will change because he has guardians, so to speak, so save your strength for another battle.

Um, do a search. I have no problem with the quality of their stuff, in fact I think it is high quality it is just the customer service and the overall shady excuses people get that bothers me.
