No I have never run at Carlsbad. I want to get a full 1/4-mile time but have not been there yet. I heard its a slow track and not well off. But I have to wait a while my clutch is fried. I can still drive it but its not in good shape. My wife is in Japan checking on some parts for me so maybe I can get faster.

We have meets all the time but usually its just the team. When we address meets on here no one comes so thats why we have not tried in a while. I will get with the team and see if we want to try and get something going but I cant guarantee anything.

true carlsbad has the worst traction, but it's the only 1/4 mile track near us. after going to pomona raceway i went to carlsbad a month later and you can see the difference in the 60' times.
just make sure you take out your sound system in back if you do..

I think some of the guys including myself are thinking of making some runs there. I dont know when though. But like I said before it may be a while until I can do it due to my clutch. I am waiting for my wife to get back to me with prices for the LSD before I get the new clutch. While we are talking parts U think you could check some prices for me at your shop. If you can I need the Belt tensioner **** (making noise) and the front and rear motor mounts dont need the sides now. If you can that would be cool if not oh well. Later

Hashirya13: how many miles you got on the car cause it might still be covered under warranty.

40 something but I am tired of dealing with the dealers. I am really tired of them saying that **** is normal or its supposed to be that way. That is why I am asking for the prices. Not trying to be snotty but I just cant take the dealers bullsh!t any more. Anyway every time I get my car back I have to check the area where they work to find what they forgot to put back. I have more than 10 work orders about my engine moving to much and they still wont do anything even after I showed them where my firewall was getting hit buy the bracket installed to install the motor. Sorry so long winded but I dont want the trouble with the Dealer Mechs.

Hashiriya13: the tensioner is $28.00 and the front mounts are $84.00 through our parts dept..

TRD Liquid Silver: When are you working next week. I can probly come by and order the tensioner. I wont order the mounts till I choose the clutch and LSD. I got some good prices (straight from Japan) I just have to work out some minor details.

i'll be gone from thursday-sunday of this week. if you want to get the tensioner they still have to order it for you i think. if they order it in the morning they'll have it in 48hrs.
