Wheel Offset

Hi does anyone know what the correct offset is for a set of 19's with a wide arch kit for a 2000 celica GT?

need more info ......how wide is your rims, how much wider does the arches extend?

The rear wheels are 10" whilst the front are 8.5".. The bodykit has been ordered but i don't know the exact dimensions of it. What should i do?
