moisture in tailights

Does anyone know the best way to keep moisture out of altezza taillights, my right side 2nd gen light had some in there, i just ordered the gen 3. also is there anyway to clean in side the lens?

Take it apart in a really dry house (like mine - skin looks like a lizzard sometimes) and let it dry out completely. Then when you put it back together, seal it with some sort of caulking or silicone sealant to prevent water or moisture from entering again.
