You can check out my tutorial that is linked in my sig below for the way that I do them. There are a number of other tutorials like this out there.

Here's how I do it:

1. Get a pic of a Celica you want to put the rims on and drag it into Photoshop. Preferrably, the car should be at an angle or even sideways (easier to match up with the angle of the rims).

2. Go find a rim at some aftermarket site or even from a pic of another car and drag it into Photoshop.

3. Use the oval selection tool and select the rim. It doesn't have to be perfect.

4. Go to Selection > Transform Selection and scale/rotate the selection until it perfectly surrounds the rim.

5. Go to Edit > Cut (or press CTRL X).

6. Go back to the pic of the Celica and go to Edit > Paste (or CTRL V).

7. Go to Edit > Transform and use the tools there to change the rim to the proper size and angle.

8. Use Image > Adjust > Levels and Hue/Saturation to change the color of the rim to better blend in with the Celica pic.

9. Repeat steps 6-8 for the other rim.

10. When you go to save the picture, make sure to save it as a JPG. It will default to PSD since the rims will be pasted onto new layers, which aren't supported by the JPG format. If you still want to edit the picture, you can save it as a PSD. Just remember you can't post PSD's here, and they have a larger filesize than JPG's.
