'00 GT - Want to replace seats

I have a 2000 Celica GT and want to replace the stock seats with a set of racing seats. The racing seats come with universal sliders. Can I use the stock brackets or do I need to find some that will fit?

think you need the specified sliders and brackets (if there any). if not, get the universal one.

The seats come with universal sliders but no brackets.

i got the same problem. Seats are awesome but I dont have brackets yet. I want them to fit perfectly without me doing any drilling.
so can anybody help us here?

No, I didn't get those. My GF bought me a set of Driver/Tuner FX. They don't make specific seat brackets for them. I'm going to pull one of my original seats tomorrow and I'll see if there is any way I can fit them it.

Make sure you do not try and use universal fit brackets with those seats in your car, they will be trash
