I am wanting to put hids in but I don't know much about them. I read that the 03 celi comes with them so I do not know if I just need to upgrade to a higher bulb or if i need to buy a new kit. What bulbs would you recomend if using stock limits my choice. thanks

It's on option on the 03's. the 03's options uses DS2 bulbs and they are wired into the inside of the car where you can adjust height level. also the headlight housing is different then the stock halogen housing. not to mention the crazy price the dealer will charge for it, but you can do it yourself.

XenonDepot, has their H7 kit, and it is really plug and plug. Connect it to the battery, then to the ballast's. . ground the ballast's out and secure the bulbs in the headlight housing, and plug them in, and your dont (cough, i have a XenonDepot 4100k HID kit FS). . .

For the very best beam pattern, you'd need to do a retrofit (bulb and projector), but just the HID bulbs by themselves work very well if all you want is improved visibility and white/blue light. You might be interested in the incredible GB that will take place soon, starting from this thread:
