Wheels Next = Dumbasses

Wheels next are the biggest conglomerate of dumbasses I have ever talked to. The warranty they sell you is a load of horse ****. They told me the wheels I bought were the right offset, and I asked them are you sure and they said yes, but as I said before they are retarded and they were not the right offset. After about a month of driving with them the clear coat started flaking off of the polished lip and they pretty much told me I was screwed and wouldn't honor that warranty I paid $80.00 extra for. So my conclusion is Wheels Next = Dumbasses.

What kind of wheels did you get?

Drag DR3 in 18x7.5" Gunmetal with a polished lip. Drag wheels are very poor quality, they bent really easy and the finish peeled off.

i also got my rims and tires from them and i have noticed the polished lip is also peeling. how do you figure out the offset?
Mine are Rs Limited with polished lip. Might just be quality of rim for me.

Well the factory wheels have a +38mm offset and they sit back in the fenders a bit so I went with a +35mm which makes them sit out a bit further plus I got 17x8". The factory wheels are only 16x7" so my 17's sit flush with the outside of the fenders.

I noticed you're in Terre Haute.
There's a cool place in Fortville, IN (just east of Indy) that can refinish and straighten rims.
I bought 16" GTS rims off ebay to put on my GT.
Two were bent with curb grind on the lip.
I had them stripped, welded to fill in the damage, refinished and straightened.
They look brand new.
It's been a year with no problems.

Place is called Mr. Wheel. It's all they do.
You probably don't want to invest in this on your new wheels, but it's good info should you ever need to have one straightened

Ohh it doesn't matter I sold those Drag wheels like 4 months ago. They were crap and a friend of mine wanted cheap wheels so I sold those to him cheap. I now have 5Zigen FNO1R-C in bronze 17x8".

Hey have you ever done any business with Modern Speed Labs there in Indy? I think I am going to have them put an RPS clutch and Fidanza flywheel in my 2002 GT-S.
